As you can very well see – our Children use devices just as much, if not more, than we do. It’s our responsibility as role models to control the amount of time they spend looking at a screen. The closer a screen is, the harder it is on their eyes. Because of this their eyes adjust to seeing what’s in front of them, and they don’t get as much practice looking at things that are further away.
This causes bad vision, and we can prevent it. If we know this information, they should know this information. Tell your kids about their eyes, and bring them in so we can take a look too!
