Tasty Thanksgiving Recipes from Great, NW Brands

Thanksgiving is certainly a top contender in the list of decadent, traditional meals that I for one look solidly forward to. My favorite? Mashed potatoes stuffed with peas, corn, butter, brown gravy, pieces of turkey and stuffing. All mixed together. Mmmmmm. This time around, whether you’re doing some or all of the cooking, or just have some influence on the chef ;), here’s a trio of suggestions that work well as nice add-ons. As a bonus, all three ideas utilize, as a key ingredient, a food from a local, northwest food brand.

Oregon Ice Cream®: Eat it as is!

Alden's Organic, Julie's Organic and Cascade Glacier all hail from local brand Oregon Ice Cream. And while one can utilize ice cream in so many different ways, most of the time it's just good as is. So...follow one of the links above and have at it. Better yet, get a selection from all three and grace your Thanksgiving table with some truly excellent ice cream up against all those wonderful pies.
